Melanie Bianco
Owner/ RRDH
Melanie is a Registered Restorative Dental Hygienist with more than 20+ years of experience practicing in the Burlington-Aldershot area. Melanie began as Dental Assistant in 1995 so she has been providing quality dental care for over 25 years.
Melanie believes in providing in-depth patient support, excellent customer service, following the highest standards of infection prevention, and increasing awareness of dental health as it contributes to child development, overall health and being engaged with the community.

Dr. Carola Hinojosa A.
DDS
Dr. Hinojosa is committed to excellence in all aspects of general dentistry and is trained in various specialties including: Restorative Dentistry, Endodontics, Fixed Prosthodontics, Aesthetic Dentistry, Pediatrics, Dental Implants, Nitrous Oxide, Orthodontics including Invisalign, CEREC and Therapeutic Botox. Dr. Hinojosa has over 15 years of experience and is proficient in both English and Spanish and has a strong understanding of Portuguese.
Dr. Hinojosa graduated among the top of her class from the Doctor of Dental Medicine program at the University of San Simon in Bolivia and is dedicated to customized and comprehensive treatment approaches using high quality materials, state-of-the-art technology and continuing education. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two dogs, and loves to listen to music and entertain others.

Kimberly Dobson-Bland
Office Manager
Kimberly has over 20 years of customer service and management experience. Her background includes retail management, sales and HR. In addition, Kimberly has 12 years of experience in the residential construction field working in all levels including: job quoting, in field labour, project management and small business ownership. She recently won the 2022 Platinum Readers Choice Award for Overall Professional Services.
Kimberly has decided to focus and grow her skills in business management and administration. She believes in constantly learning, growing and improving. When Kimberly is not at work, she enjoys reading, doing cardio kick-boxing, and spending time with her family.
Ashley Bolt
Dental Hygienist
Meet Ashley, a seasoned professional with a remarkable 17-year tenure in the dental field, excelling as a dental assistant and hygiene coordinator. Furthering her dental care journey, Ashley graduated with honours from Southern Ontario Dental College in 2023 as a dental hygienist.
Passionate about fostering optimal dental health care experiences, Ashley is dedicated to ensuring each patient encounters a positive and comfortable atmosphere. Renowned for her caring and compassionate approach, she takes pride in being a valuable resource for patients, and offering support and guidance on their oral health journey.
Beyond the dental office, Ashley values quality time with friends and family. An avid reader and coffee enthusiast, she also embraces a variety of adventures, including biking, kayaking, skating, and hiking.
Jacob Slominski
Office Administrator
Jake is our new social media expert and is training to be our medical device reprocessing (MDR) technician. He is currently attending Nelson High School and works here part time.
When he is not in class or studying, he plays on the Nelson football team as a running back, and has plans to try out for the Burlington Stampeders this summer. Jake also plays rep hockey and currently plays for the Burlington Raiders on the defensive line.
Jake decided to join our ADH family because he is interested in helping people, and is wondering if a medical or dental career may be in his future.
Jake is on his way to learning valuable lessons about the dental field, and about being an entrepreneur. He is already making plans towards his future endeavors.
We are so pleased to mentor Jake in his first job and we are excited to have him join our team!
